In the world of technology, we've come to rely upon the equipment we use daily, but we often forget about all of the parts and pieces that make our system work until it suddenly doesn't.  More often than not, equipment is left to get filled with dust, which causes equipment to overheat and fail prematurely.

With a Sands Tech AV Service Contract, we take the guess work out of your equipment maintenance.  With a team of qualified technicians, we clean, test and maintain your equipment so you know it will work when you need it to work.  In the event that we do find a part failing, we offer quick and efficient solutions to remedy the system before your needs become urgent.

Service Contracts

(1) During Scheduled Maintenance times only.

(2) Includes cleaning/dusting of rack equipment and testing of all on-site hardware for functionality per design of current system.

(3) While we guarantee you that someone will respond within 24 hours, we do our best to monitor our emails and respond frequently and someone will likely have touched base with you, reviewed and even called you to attempt to troubleshoot and resolve your issue over the phone the same day.

(4) Rental Fees Apply, While Supplies last.

(5) Guaranteed if repaired or replacement product can not be received in less than 7 days at no additional charge.  (Note: Hardware may not be same product as unit being repaired/replaced, but will function in a temporary role to accomplish the same task).

(6) When you need us, we are there! Outside of random acts of God (Hurricanes destroyed roads/debris blocking access or airlines locked down), we will do our absolute best to get there when you need us! Platinum Customers are of the utmost importance to us and will be the primary focus during all natural disasters!

(7) (Note: Requires Internet connection) We will install company provided hardware that will monitor all network based devices and report to us when hardware fails as well as current status. This system is designed to attempt to automate repairs internally and will alert us to problems should the self repair fail, before you even know there is an issue.  This allows us to be proactive and repair a potential problem prior to it even being recognized on your end/effecting your normal operations!
